The owners were warm and cute. the attention to detail is amazing. I saw bowls of fruit and snacks available 24/7, great. the continental breakfast included a variety of breads, yoghurts, and cereals.
My room was slightly small. I noticed some minor wear.

I appreciated the welcome water and snacks upon arrival, also the tissues, biscuits, and blankets in the room. The room was cosy and warm, and the cleanliness was really good!!! The bed, pillows, duvet, and mattress were heavenly.
The breakfast was basic, consisting of cereals, yogurt, and toast. There was no option for cooked breakfast, I would have preferred a hot option.

The hotel boasts a perfect location for a twenty-minute walk into the city centre, also close to a public footpath. It is very quiet at night and offers easy access to major roads leading to the other side of town. I appreciated the convenience!!!

Breakfast is relaxed and adequate and included in the price, a very welcome feature. There was a generous offering of cereal, toast, coffee, tea, fruit, and chocolates each morning, very nice. The breakfast room has a lovely atmosphere.

the walk into town was about 25 minutes.

the breakfast offered a lovely choice of cereal and toast. fresh orange juice and coffee was also available. the location was a good spot with easy parking. i found it was not normally easy or cheap here.
the cleanliness of my bedroom was not perfect, i noticed some spiderwebs above the bed.
